Delivery Options

• White Glove Furniture Delivery Service to room of choice, full assembly (if required) and removal of packaging.
• Small Parcel Delivery for all small, non-breakable items (like decorative boxes and wall clocks).

Sorry, but we are currently unable to ship to customers outside mainland UK: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, and all over the world.

RETURNS

If for any reason your furniture order isn’t suitable when it arrives in your home, our drivers can take it away with them free of charge. If you would like to return your item(s) after you’ve accepted delivery, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Please notify our Customer Services team at customerservices@woodrighthome.co.uk in writing within 14 days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s). Please let us know whether you require an exchange or a refund and always include a daytime telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you about the return.
