If for any reason your furniture order isn’t suitable when it arrives in your home, our drivers can take it away with them free of charge. If you would like to return your item(s) after you’ve accepted delivery, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase. This 14 day period begins the day after you receive the items from us.
Please notify our Customer Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org in writing within 14 days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s). Please let us know whether you require an exchange or a refund and always include a daytime telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you about the return.
Return Policy Exceptions
- Please note all our custom made products (such as all upholstery and soft furnishing orders) are final and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
- We cannot accept textiles for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash or furniture that has been damaged when cleaning.
- Mattresses, cushions, cushion pads, throws and other home textiles are non-returnable once unwrapped.
- All sale and promotional purchases are final; no refunds available.
- Woodright Furniture Ltd reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
How to Return
Damages and faults are to be reported at the time of delivery and we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or the missing item at no charge.
If the goods are being returned due to a change of mind once they have been accepted then we will charge a collection fee.
If you are in any doubt please call our specialist (Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm) within 30 days of delivery to discuss the return of furniture items as we cannot accept the return of items that have been used or damaged since we delivered them. We will need to make arrangements with you to collect it. There will be a charge for collection, unless the item is faulty.
For your convenience, all returns of small items may be made via mail.
We will gladly accept returns on any non faulty items in unused condition and in their original packaging within 14 days from the date you originally received your package.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
When returning items via mail you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
When we have received your parcel we will confirm this to you by email, assuming you have given us your email address.
We will be happy to exchange the faulty item for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase.
Once received, all non faulty products will be refunded to you, if requested, minus the cost of original delivery.
Please note refunds may take up to 14 working days to process.
